Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any questions concerning our program and services? If so, please contact our office at (602) 256-6303.

How is the Direct Medicine model a good fit for families?

This model is cost effective for adults and children.

I generally see all children for free, and if you need your child to receive urgent care, I can usually see them that day. Also, I understand how busy parents can be. That's why I strive to provide quality and accommodating services wherever you are: at home, at work, or on the road.

Is time with your doctor a thing of the past?

Of course not. Many traditional healthcare providers are overloaded with patients that normally don't get the chance to spend much time with their doctor, so many other providers are moving towards retainer medicine.

Doctors take an oath to prioritize the health of our patients to the utmost level. At my practice, you can certainly believe and see that spending time directly with me is both realistic and encouraged.

In what ways does Direct Medicine offer a higher level of care than traditional models?

Direct medicine has been proven to be more effective at offering a higher level of care than traditional models. Some ways this is true is:

  • Direct medicine leads to more time spent with a doctor, which can result in more accurate care.
  • Direct medicine is personal, giving patients the comfort of speaking to a doctor who truly knows them and is concerned about their health condition.
  • Direct medicine is versatile. In this model, patients can communicate with their doctor in the office, on the phone, or through email.

Healthcare concerns the health of a patient, and that's important. Therefore, medicine should always be direct and personal.

I have heard Direct Medicine is very expensive. Is this a model that caters only to the wealthy?

I don't believe in "wealthcare". I strive for all of my services to be affordable for everyone.

I take care of students, disadvantaged families, and people without any insurance. I know how difficult it is to pay high premiums and receive little in return.

The whole point of my service is to prioritize care first. If you have a chronic health condition, I want your health to be addressed without you having to spend "an arm and a leg".

My service is predicated on keeping you healthy and accommodating you, regardless of your financial situation.
