When you become a patient, you will receive an annual comprehensive executive physical examination and consultation. This will give me the opportunity to get to know you and your healthcare issues on a personal basis. I want to know what is most important to you when selecting a personal physician. Then we can work together to provide a wellness strategy that meets your individual needs.
Your annual membership fee covers the comprehensive physical exam and preventative care assessment which is usually not covered by insurance or Medicare. Office visits for either routine or acute care will continue to be billed to your insurance company.
Direct Contact
Direct access is an important part of my practice. During the day my office number is utilized for all phone calls. My personal cell phone and email are available to all my patients after hours and on the weekends. If I am with a patient, my staff will take a detailed message and I will return your call between appointments.
Enhanced Coordination Of Referrals
Your health is very important to me. That is why I am committed to coordinating all of your specialty and diagnostic care. We will help schedule services and follow up to get the results quickly and review them with you.
If you are traveling, we will work with you to get the proper prescriptions and vaccinations for your destination. Remember, wherever you are traveling, I am just a phone call away and I will respond promptly to help you.
